DOUBLE CUT OFF SAWS: MODEL DCH
The Pistorius DCH series of production double end cut-off saws offer as standard a complete package of the most desirable features for a complete sawing solution. Standard features include precision ground, calibrated turntables, calibrated tilting sawheads, and pneumatic work clamps. A wide variety of optional accessories, allows you to tailor the machine to your specific requirements.
Features:
- Precision ground rotary turntables swivel to 45_ each side of 90_ for a full 90_ of angular adjustment.
- Preset lock positions are provided for 15_, 22-1/2_, 30_, 45_, and 90_ to each side of 90_ on swivel turntable.
- Repeated accuracy length cutting between sawblades, not against sop bar.
- Optional electronic digital length and angle readouts available.
- Precision sawhead movement.
- Sawheads tilt up to 45_ from vertical to the outside only.
- Sawheads can swivel for all angles to both sides of 90_, with the tilt at a maximum of 30_, from vertical. With modifications full 45_ tilt at maximum 45_, swivel can be achieved.
- Sawhead pivot point is located on the fence line, which allows accurate length measurements for any pivot angle setting.
- Removable work support.
