Electronic Automated AccurStop™ Gage
The #10G electronic automated gage (positioner) will allow virtually any operator to make error-free stop settings time after time. This will dramatically improve quality control and eliminate incorrectly cut parts. Designed originally to fit the Pistorius line of double miter saws & single cut-off saws, it can also be used on nearly all machines of a similar design. For machines other than Pistorius, it may be necessary for the installer to fabricate a mounting bracket or adaptor to suit the specific machine. Ideal for applications including sawing, punching, drilling, routing, milling, etc. . . .
Available in standard lengths from 4' to 18'. Can be mounted for left hand or right hand use and is supplied complete and assembled, ready to go! The standard gage includes a 4-3/4" wide bed with a 1" high fence, .5 horsepower DC servo drive motor with rotary encoder and steel reinforced drive belt. Cut sizes can be entered on the 20 key membrane type key pad in fractions, decimals or millimeters; press GO TO for instant stop positioning at up to 40 inches per second. Easy access to standard and optional programs via function keys. High-contrast four-line LCD display.
