FINISHING: MODEL EMB
The embossing machine utilizes an engrave bronze roller that is heated from 500 to 800 degrees. A moulding is passed through the machine and the engraved roller is applied to the moulding while the heat prevents crushing or splitting. Embossing rollers are created in virtually any pattern or design. Adjustments are designed so that set-ups can be made quickly and easily for long or short runs. The machine is capable of producing mouldings with shallow or deep embossed designs on soft/hard woods and plastic, at feed spreads from 5 to 80 feet per minute.
