PROFILE FINISHING AND DISTRESSING MACHINE: MODEL LF:
This low cost, compact, lineal surfacing machine is primarily designed to provide one pass finishing operations on straight, flat mouldings and complex shaped pieces with excellent retention of details. This machine is suitable for both short and long runs, as set up time is minimal due to the rapid quadrant adjustment station. Multiple heads allow a wide latitude in profile finishing and can adjust to finish many mouldings in one pass. This machine is capable of producing a wide range of surface treatments including: Sealer sanding, white wood defuzzing, filler and sealer scuffing, bare wood sanding, wirebrush distressing, burnishing, polishing, and buffing.
Finishing:
- Non-marking, neoprene ‘pinch-type’ material feedrollers.
- Positive cross-linked drive chain.
- Adjustable top and side non-marking material guide rollers.
- Direct arbor mounting if wheels on motors allows for maximum power transmission.
- Infinitely variable speed drive allows for precise setting of best rate surfacing.
- Full enclosure allows for maximum efficiency of dust collection.
- Multiple operations in each pass due to full 90_ angular adjustments on each of 4 stations.
- Precision spindle-to-motor drive eliminates run-out or end play and helps to prolong wheel life.
