V-Nail® Frame Assembly Machine
The model VN-J is designed to be built into the corner of a framing table, similar to that shown in the photos. This provides for maximum utilization of available space, and for support of the frame members during assembly. The heart of the machine is the familiar framer's vice, which assures positive, accurate clamping for professional high-quality frame assembly V-Nail® brand fasteners are hidden in the bottom of the moulding, eliminating the need to fill nail holes. This machine does not require compressed air or electricity. Ideal for small retail stores, home workshops and do-it-yourself hobby shops. For framing applications not suited to the V-Nail® brand fasteners, the top clamp assembly is easily removed and the machine can be used with a pneumatic fastening tool or hammer and nail for conventional joining.
