Foot Operated Frame Assembly Machine
The model VN-M, foot operated V-Nail® brand frame assembly machine is designed for higher production requirements, primarily where compressed air is not available and a low purchase cost is necessary. The machine is supplied complete with an integral floor stand and is operated solely by downward pressure against the full span foot treadle, leaving the operators hands free to hold the moulding in place. This unique foot lever design incorporates two movements into one, material clamping and fastener insertion. Multiple fasteners can be quickly and accurately inserted by use of the sliding fence and provided stops. The mechanical advantage of the foot pedal requires only light foot pressure by the operator to press the fasteners into most types of material, even hardwoods. The machine is also capable of single, multiple or stacked fasteners to suit most molding profiles.
Features:
- Full span foot treadle. Machine can be operated from the front of either side. Foot treadle is 10" off the floor.

- Nail Magazine holds 250 V-Nail® brand fasteners.
- Fastener is inserted into the base of the moulding for blind joining. No nail hole filling or puttying is necessary.
- Sliding fence with fastener position stops allows for repetitive multiple nail fastening.

- Optional fences for hexagon or octagon frames are available.
