V-Nail® Frame Assembly Machines
The models VN-S and VN-B are designed for low to medium production where compressed air is available. This series of machines is available in both bench and floor models to meet individual space, operational and budgetary requirements. Designed primarily for the low to medium volume frame shop, these models include the most desirable features for custom framing.

- Fastener is inserted into the base of the moulding for blind joining. No nail hole filling or puttying is necessary.
- Modular component design makes for easy in-house maintenance and repairs.
- Optional fences for hexagon or octagon frames are available.
- Available with optional glue dispenser.
- Joins large or small moulding profiles with ease.
- Powerful pneumatic rabbet or inside clamp pulls mitered faces tightly together prior to fastening.
- Top hold down device is designed to even up the faces of the two pieces being joined.
- Optional tilting fences available.
